Shipping Information
We ship all around the world to selective countries.
On all weekdays our packages are usually shipped on the day of receipt of payment. On all other days on the next workday. DHL is our courier of choice for all shipments.
All goods ship from Germany. We ship all products as a standard DHL package. The delivery period of a DHL parcel is usually 1-2 business days within Germany and 4-7 business days outside Germany.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your package has been shipped from the warehouse in Germany. We always strive for excellent service and fast shipping.
Deliveries to Germany
The shipping costs are 5.05 € including VAT per order within Germany. As per an order value of 200 € we deliver within Germany fro free.
Delivery to an EU member state
The shipping costs as DHL package are 12,95 € per order within Europe. From an order value of 350 € onwards we deliver free shipping throughout Europe.
Deliveries to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Of course, we also deliver to our neighbors in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The shipping costs as a DHL package are € 18.95 per order to Switzerland or Lichtenstein. From an order value of 350 € onwards we deliver Switzerland or Lichtenstein free of charge. All Customs duties and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery outside the EU for available countries
Simple dispatch by DHL package: 25 € net to 400 € net order value, afterwards free of charge. All customs duties and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
