We collect information from you in several different ways on this Site. One goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide an efficient, meaningful, and customized experience. For example, we can use your personal information to:

Registration and Ordering
Before using certain parts of any Site or ordering products, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, and credit card number. In addition, we may also ask you for your country of residence and/or your organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and the Sites, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site [or our mobile application]. Email Addresses
Several locations of the Site permit you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: sign up for a general or shop email newsletters to notify you of new products and special offers or project updates; We use MailChimp to manage our newsletter as well as our e-mail lists. There is no third-party tracking in messages we send with MailChimp, apart from MailChimps own analytics. This can track how many subscribers opened a message or clicked the link within. Cookies and other Technology
Like many sites, the Site employs cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed your navigation of the Site, recognize you and your access privileges, and track your Site usage.

We may also log your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, Internet service provider, and date/time stamp for system administration, order verification, internal marketing, and system troubleshooting purposes. Childrens privacy
Age. We respect children’s privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. Elsewhere on the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are either 18 years of age or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE
Internal Use
We use your personal information to process your order and provide you with customer service. We may internally use your personal information to improve the Sites’ content and layout, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to the Site. In order to facilitate such use and the other use described in this Section 2, we may share your information with affiliates (for example our fulfillment agency) under PJOELL DESIGN Inc`s control.

We will use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site and your orders and deliveries. Also, we may send you a confirmation email when you register with us. We may send you a service-related announcement on the rare occasions when it is necessary (for example, if we must temporarily suspend our service for maintenance.) Because we have to communicate with you about orders that you choose to place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to your orders.

Data security
The Site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions through the Site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Finally, we rely on third-party service providers for the physical security of some of our computer hardware. We believe that their security procedures are adequate. PJOELL DESIGN Inc complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and/or Switzerland, to the United States. PJOELL DESIGN Inc has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, PJOELL DESIGN Inc commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. PJOELL DESIGN Inc has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS as an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. Under certain conditions you have the possibility to invoke biding arbitration. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
PJOELL DESIGN Inc commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. In certain circumstances, the Privacy Shield Framework provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by other means, as described in Annex I to the Privacy Shield Framework.
EU and Swiss Persons whose personal information is covered by this Privacy Shield Policy have the right to access the personal information that PJOELL DESIGN, Inc. maintains about them to correct, amend or delete such personal information if it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles (except when the burden or expense of providing access, correction, amendment, or deletion would be disproportionate to the risks to the Data Subject’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the Data Subject would be violated). If Personal Data covered by this Privacy Shield Policy is to be used for a new purpose that is materially different from that for which the Personal Data was originally collected or subsequently authorized, or is to be disclosed to a non-agent third party, PJOELL DESIGN Inc. will provide Data Subjects with an opportunity to choose whether to have their Personal Data so used or disclosed. To the extent required by the Privacy Shield Principles, PJOELL DESIGN Inc. obtains opt-in consent for certain uses and disclosures of Sensitive Data.
In cases of onward transfer to third parties of Personal Data received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, PJOELL DESIGN is potentially liable, unless PJOELL DESIGN proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over PJOELL DESIGN Inc`s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
